To some, 80 million might be a hard number to conceptualize, and Allegiant says that's how many people have flown its airlines since the company started in 2001. It highlights some of these customers, like Paula, who flies to attend her son's Florida baseball games, or Laura and Lenny, who are in a (not so) long-distance relationship. Allegiant says these are the kinds of stories that motivated its creation in the first place, and that signify the moment "when 80 million becomes one."
