Although the Medicare annual enrollment period has ended, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield says those who qualify for a special election period may still be eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. Those who are 65 years of age and older, have a chronic condition, or have been impacted by a natural disaster are encouraged to call Anthem to see if they qualify.
