If you're not using a hot grill to make your cheesesteak sandwich, Jersey Mike's thinks you are not really making a cheesesteak. The sandwich chain says that one of the secrets to achieving "A Sub Above" is grilling, as Jersey Mike's employees chop the meat and peppers and assemble a cheeseteak sandwich for a customer.
