The Major League Baseball Players Trust says it helps give its players a platform for community work and helps them get personally involved. The Milwaukee Brewers' Christian Yelich, who works with Habitat for Humanity, says that when disaster strikes a community there's immediate attention but that after that fades people can get forgotten about.
