These two guys take part in a protein showdown. The guy on the left only has to drink eight ounces of milk to get eight grams of protein so he finishes first. The guy on the right has to drink a whopping sixty-four ounces of almond milk to get the same eight grams of protein. He finishes off the almond milk quickly, but then he has to run to the bathroom even quicker. With eight times the protein and less bathroom breaks, milk wins.
