Singer Demi Lovato discusses her struggle with mental illness and living with bipolar disorder. After hitting rock bottom, she decided to get help. For her, the key was opening up to family and friends and finding the right treatment plan. Be Vocal: Speak Up for Mental Health is an initiative partly supported by National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) that encourages individuals to use their voices to make a difference.
