To celebrate the 2017 Outback Bowl, president of Outback Steakhouse Gregg Scarlett is giving away a free Bloomin' Onion if the Florida Gators win or free Coconut Shrimp if the Iowa Hawkeyes win. The free appetizer is only valid on January 3, 2017 with the appetizer of choice determined by the victor of the 2017 Outback Bowl.
