Siggi's Dairy founder Siggi Hilmarsson says that although his name is on the front of Siggi's packaging, he's more proud of what's on the back: the nutrition facts. Claiming to have half the ingredients, 40 percent less sugar and 60 percent more protein than leading yogurts, Siggi's is "thoughtfully simple."
