A father and his two children sit on a couch in front of the TV together, but they can't seem to agree on what to watch. While the kids plead with their father to settle on Nickelodeon, the man is drawn toward a boating show on Discovery. But in comes Mom to save the day; she uses Time Warner Cable's Enhanced DVR to record up to six of their favorite programs at the same time, so that nobody has to miss a thing. "Welcome to the future," she says mockingly to her husband.
