Student-athletes are competing for more than their universities, they represent the best that the United States has to offer at the Olympic Games. Champions like Jenny Simpson and Jordan Burroughs are produced because of student-athlete programs at colleges and universities throughout the country. Team USA wants to keep those programs strong to continue producing elite student-athletes for future generations to come.
