When an Aflac customer breaks her personal record swim time, the company's duck shows up, not knowing it was a good break. The duck shows up again with some soup when she says that she's sick about not being able to attend her friends barbecue. While she tries to figure how she can pay her bills after her surgery, the duck slides into the room and reminds her that Aflac has her covered.
