A woman laughs in disbelief when her husband declares that he can fix the gaping hole in their ceiling, which he determines is "just a burst pipe." Allstate says its Claim Rateguard ensures your rates won't go up due to a claim. After the ceiling is professionally repaired, the man again thinks he totally could have done it himself.. although his wife quickly lets him know that isn't true.
