Mayhem is back, and this time he's a bracket. Around March, you would think he was a NCAA March Madness bracket, but instead he is a bracket on your home that was holding up your entire front porch. As he walks out of the leftover disaster of wood, he says that if you had Allstate insurance, it would probably cover the repairs and your rate would not go up.
