Amazon TV Commercial, 'Meet Kent'

Amazon introduces Kent, an area manager for delivery operations. It's his job to make sure all the packages that go out get delivered. He believes that the ability Amazon has to deliver on its customer promise is more important than ever. Kent describes how he and his family have adapted and says that he knows that everyone is working as hard as they can to make sure the packages get delivered.
