The American Heart Association says AFib can have a triad of symptoms or no noticeable symptoms at all. These symptoms may include a racing heart, fluttering or heart palpitation, shortness of breath and lightheadedness. The American Heart Association encourages people to take steps to lower their risk of having a stroke.
