The head of sandwiches at Arby's has a thing or two to say to those who accuse the restaurant of only serving roast beef sandwiches. If that's the case, he remarks, how do they explain all the odd-looking roast beef sandwiches that look like smoked brisket, Reubens and gyros? One of the chefs agrees that Arby's has the wide variety meats required for all these different sandwiches.
