As chef carefully lifts an entire turkey out of a vat of bubbling oil, Ving Rhames attempts to dispel the notion that the notoriously lean and healthy meat is "boring." He says the way to jazz up a dull food, whether its potatoes or onions, is to let it simmer, slice it thick and stack it high. "It's the most exciting thing to happen to turkeys since the invention of the turkey baster!" Rhames exclaims.
