Arby's thinks that seeing the words steak sandwich on a restaurant menu doesn't describe the quality of the food. Arby's, however, knows the exact cut used on its Petite Filet Sandwich. The restaurant says that meat on its sandwich is so tender, that you could cut with a spoon, or the complimentary plastic knife.
