ASPCA TV Commercial, 'Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month'

April is the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month and the ASPCA believes there is a lot that can be done to help. The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit organization that accepts donations to provide food and shelter for abused and neglected animals. For 63 cents a day, a donor could help support programs and efforts that reduce animal cruelty and inhuman treatment of pets.
