ASPCA TV Commercial, 'Save Animals from the Summer Heat'

High temperatures come with the summer season and countless animals around the country don't have access to adequate shelter, food or water. The ASPCA is a nonprofit organization that is accepting donations to help animals that have been abused, abandoned and neglected.
