In search of a fresh start after she splits from her longtime squeeze Mr. J, famed criminal Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) decides to turn over a new leaf. She teams up with fellow vigilantes Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) to protect Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco), a young girl who has become a target after coming into possession of a diamond belonging to crime lord Black Mask (Ewan McGregor).
