Two sisters are visiting their father and one cannot believe he is chatting on the phone. His hearing loss had been preventing him from talking to people on the phone, but he now uses a CapTel captioned telephone. The free service associated with the phone provides captions for telephone calls so people with hearing loss can read along with the conversation.
