Charter Communications' spokesman Nate describes the satellite dish as an outdated piece of technology. He continues by listing off various elements that may effect satellite reception: a plastic bag, rain wind birds' nests and branches. Instead of having to deal with garbage, he recommends switching to Spectrum.
