Chick-fil-A TV Commercial, 'The Little Things: The A in Chick-fil-A: Smile'

Chick-fil-A explains that the "A" in its title started from grade A top quality chicken but its also for all the little things it does to bring you the best every day. An employee adds that for her, the "A" is for a smile so she can give customers encouragement or a joke that makes them laugh as they come through the drive-thru.
