Citi TV Commercial, 'Progress Makers: MDG Ocean Bay Apartments'

When Hurricane Sandy hit and left thousands of New York residents without heat or power, Matthew and Michael Rooney of MDG Design + Construction recognized that something needed to be done to help the community. Partnering with Citi Bank to finance their project, the Rooneys invested in preserving affordable housing for the Far Rockaway neighborhood. They hope that the beautification of the homes will give residents a sense of pride about where they live and help the community thrive again.
