The company points out that wanting just a slice of pizza shouldn't warrant having to buy the entire thing. For as low as $20 a month, Consumer Cellular claims to provide talk, text and data with no contract, and on some of the nation's largest wireless networks. Those who switch today could also receive a $20 credit on any new line of service.
