CrossFit TV Commercial, 'Awakening'

A woman living her life yearns for something more until she drives past a Crossfit gym with members running inside. She joins the gym herself and starts working out regularly. As she trains more, we watch the woman living a more active lifestyle. Her strength and endurance have improved, and she even starts running with her dog. Towards the end of the ad, we notice the same woman walking, only with a bit of a smile.
