DIRECTV says even though it's been rated No. 1 in customer satisfaction over cable for over 17 years, people still like cable for some reason. DIRECTV likens these individuals to those who like pre-shaken sodas, having their seat kicked on an airplane and sitting in gum, among other not-so-pleasant things. The satellite TV company invites those who are over cable to switch to DIRECTV for $35 per month plus a $200 reward card.
