In the hall of a hospital, a nurse greets a doctor by informing her that Dunkin' Donuts has espresso drinks. However, the doctor is caught off guard when she has to read subtitles in midair saying that the drink is so good the nurse can't remove it from his mouth. Another doctor passes by, also holding a Dunkin' cup to his lips, and uses subtitles to say that there's birthday cake in the breakroom.
