A cat casually grooms itself while using the roof of a car to bask in the sun, and its aloofness draws the attention of several neighborhood dogs who scratch and bite at the fender of the van trying to reach the cat. J.K. Simmons dubs this moment as a "fender-biter" while giving a tour of the Farmers Insurance Hall of Claims and says Farmers knows a thing or two about claims because the company has seen a thing or two.
