On a snowy night, an elderly man sits alone in his darkened house among his neighbors' festive and bright homes. After seeing the pictures of the precious memories he shared with his wife, he drives off in his car. His neighbor notices the man's dark home through the window as she lights a Glade candle. She takes down her Christmas lights and hangs them on his house for him to discover when he returns as "Peace on Earth" by Kevin Ross plays in the background.
