Young Frances finds a handbag on a subway in New York and hastens to return it to its rightful owner. Upon returning the bag, Frances is introduced to Greta, a French piano teacher with a flair for classical music and who is plagued with loneliness. Having recently lost her mother, Frances forms a fast bond with Greta. But, it is soon revealed that Greta is not as matronly as she appears, and Frances struggles to comprehend the dastardly plans Greta truly has. "Greta," in theaters March 1, 2019, is rated R.
