It feels like the world has stopped, says IBM. While most of us are staying inside, we still need some things to keep going like banks, warehouses, restaurants and, perhaps most importantly, internet services. While the IBM Cloud is helping businesses shift services online and keeping customer transactions safe, IBM claims telecommunications companies are using its Watson computer to predict potential outages. IBM says it is putting smart to work so everyone can stay connected, even when we are apart.
