Jared TV Commercial, 'Spike TV: Boxing Match'

Why is he out there, boxing against an opponent who is killing him? The boxer's female ringside coach asks him just that and he says he's doing it to impress a girl. She looks confused and tells him a better choice might be to just go to Jared and buy her a Le Vian Chocolate Diamond ring. After hearing this, he throws in the towel and declares the fight over.
