When a woman's husband can't step into the bathtub, she makes a call to Kohler to ask about its Walk-In Bath. She speaks to Ken, who suddenly appears in their bathroom to help. He magically changes the tub into a Kohler Walk-In Bath with a snap of his fingers allowing the husband to easily enter.
