After business consultant Josh Atkins books a room at La Quinta Inn & Suites, he gets a text message from the hotel chain that his room is ready. As a result of his extra time, he gives his business colleagues 110 percent, he says, lifting a small box up to reveal a tiny version of himself. His "extra 10 percent" takes up the conversation and tries to impress his audience.
