Lexus TV Commercial, 'Letters' [T1]

A man from Lexus opens "Dear Lexus" letters from grateful customers. The automaker's employees are thanked by different letter writers, including a mom who says the help she received "really matters." One customer pledges that from that day forward he would be a Lexus customer for life. The Lexus man folds the letters into 3-D shapes and hangs them in the air to form a Lexus car. Lexus believes in crafting every experience for its guests with the same level of care that it uses to craft its vehicles.
