Lowe's TV Commercial, 'House Love'
Houses hold lots of stories. Lowe's imagines the story of two happy-looking homes, both of which have features that make them look like they have smiling faces. A teenage boy in a green house looks out to see a cute girl moving into the pink house across the street. The houses seem happy, blowing heart puffs out of their chimneys and twirling their weather vanes as the relationship between their occupants grows and the two children age. Musician Wendy Wang plays a cover of the Carpenters' "We've Only Just Begun" as we see the young love blossom into engagement, marriage and a child. Living in the green house now as a couple, the girl from the pink house looks across the street to see her old home for sale, in poor condition and no longer looking so happy. Together, the family cleans the yard and fixes up the house to make it an inviting home again. When a new family moves in and the youngest occupants of both houses make eye contact, perhaps a new love story has only just begun ...
