Mercury Insurance TV Commercial, 'Dinner'

When this mom tells her son to get out the cheddar while making dinner and he retrieves a mold-ridden monstrosity, he feels compelled to voice that he thinks the food item is expired. His mom, however -- who shares that her family's big on saving money and never wastes food -- insists that the expiration date is "just a suggestion." That's when her phone-occupied daughter pipes up and says they should have just switched to Mercury Insurance and saved hundreds on car insurance rather than saving mold-infested cheese, much to her brother's agreement.
