Monster TV Commercial, 'Construction Managers Wanted'

While three construction workers take a break on the job, a man comes over to ask if they see the foreman around anywhere. The trio misunderstand his question, thinking he's looking for four individual men, and ask, "Which four?" They then try to help the man out by correcting his grammar, changing his singular "...tell me where the foreman is" to the plural "...where the four men are," which doesn't clear up anything at all.
