National Association of Realtors TV Commercial, 'Phil's-osophies: Girlfriend'

As part of "Phil's-osophies," realtor Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) of "Modern Family" asks why you would buy a home without a realtor. Following his initial question, he relates home buying without a realtor to canoeing without life jacket or riding a motorcycle without tightly hanging onto your girlfriend. There are just some things in life that just go together, and in making light of his comparison, Phil concludes he is your girlfriend.
