Realtor Phil Dunphy of "Modern Family," played by Ty Burrell, reveals one of his Phil's-osophies about how a realtor can help you craft the perfect offer with one part science and one part magic. As he attempts to swiftly remove a tablecloth from underneath a place setting, his magic trick quickly (and literally) comes crashing down.
