Nationwide Insurance TV Commercial, 'Mac & Cheese' Featuring Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

There's more to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. than being a race car driver. People at Earnhardt's company, JR Motorsports, call him "Boss Man," and he reinforces his status with firm handshakes. In the break room, he's known as "Water Cooler Dale" as he dishes to his friends about an unidentified co-worker who discards their mac and cheese in his trash can. One of the employees uncomfortably joins in on the group's disgusted reaction and insists she doesn't know who is doing it. However, the man sitting next to her subtly points his little finger at the woman, quietly accusing her of being the culprit.
