Nordstrom TV Commercial, 'Holidays: Get Gift-Shopping Help Anytime'

This woman bemoans waiting until the last minute to buy presents again, as she still has a whole lineup of people to check off her list. She can only exclaim with some exasperation that "that's a lot of presents" -- but this Nordstrom representative says not to worry. She has some great ideas plus a few personal favorites, and assures the other that even her "particular" sister will be satisfied with the store's free returns and exchanges. Now, if only the rest of her life could be sorted out so easily...
