Brett Haber of Tennis Channel appeals for donations for OneAmericaAppeal.com to help support victims in the wake of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. According to Haber, the organization was established by all five living former U.S. presidents in order to provide immediate support for the victims of these disasters.
