A woman calls a rep at Big Health Insurance Inc. because she's been paying more for prescriptions and could get a discount with Medicare. The rep agrees that they get discounts working with pharmacy benefit managers...but those discounts aren't passed on to her. When she asks why the rep simply hangs up on her. PhRMA asks you to tell Congress to let seniors share in the savings.
