When Roman announces that its a new men's health brand treating erectile dysfunction online, a man fixing his sink is so eager to hear more that he bumps his head on the cupboard frame. Although he insists he's asking for a friend, after Roman says it will discreetly ship ED meds to your door after consulting with a U.S. licensed physician, the man celebrates quietly under his breath with an "oh my gosh yes finally!" Although it may be hard for this man to talk about ED, Roman believes it doesn't have to be.
