Ruby Tuesday is offering its 3-Course Meals for $12.99, and triplet versions of Saturday Night Live alum Rachel Dratch can't hold back their enthusiasm. They shout with joy at the garden bar, the chicken entree and the dessert, but the middle Rachel seems to be a little delayed in her reactions.
