Paul Marcarelli, the former Verizon spokesman from the "Can You Hear Me Now?" campaign, gets into the back seat of a car. The female driver immediately recognizes him as the man who switched to Sprint. Because the difference between Sprint and Verizon's networks is now about one percent, he says it does not make sense to pay 50% more than some Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T plans. That's why, Marcarelli says, millions have switched to Sprint. After hearing this, the driver swings the car around, screeching the tires, until she parks in front of a Sprint store. "Make that millions plus one," she says, before hopping out to go into the store.
