NBA stars Chris Paul and James Harden learn this the hard way after receiving a visit from a RoboAgent from a rival company. Resembling a cheap knock-off version of State Farm's Cole Perez, the stumbling robot barely makes it up the driveway before it loses control of its lifeless eyes. With water spurting out in all directions, Perez points out that budget companies may save you money but their "bots" lack the necessary compassion needed during sensitive times.
